Admissions Policy

This Admissions Policy ensures the safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment of all children and adults using the facilities at LITTLE WORLDS IMAGINE. All visitors must comply with this policy as a condition of entry.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

The soft play area is designed for children aged 0–7 years.
• Specific zones may be allocated by age group (e.g., toddlers under 2, juniors 2–7).
• Children outside the designated age range will not be permitted to use equipment.
• Proof of age may be requested where necessary.

SUPERVISION REQUIREMENTS

• All children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.
• The supervising adult is fully responsible for the child’s behaviour, safety, and wellbeing.
• Staff monitor general safety but are not responsible for individual child supervision.

ADMISSION & ENTRY CONDITIONS

• All children must be signed in upon arrival.
• Admission fees must be paid before entry.
• Re-entry is permitted only with proof of payment and staff approval.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion.

CAPACITY LIMITS

• Entry is subject to maximum occupancy limits in accordance with fire safety regulations.
• During peak times, sessions may be time-limited.
• Pre-booking may be required for weekends, holidays, or parties.

HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

For hygiene and safety reasons:
• Shoes must be removed before entering play areas.
• Socks must be worn at all times (both children and adults entering play zones).
• No outside food or drink permitted (unless for medical reasons or baby food for children under 12
months).
• Children who are unwell (e.g., vomiting, diarrhoea, contagious illness) must not attend. We follow

• Open wounds must be covered.

BEHAVIOUR POLICY

• Rough play, bullying, climbing on external structures, or misuse of equipment is prohibited.
• Fighting or aggressive behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.
• Children must play only in age-appropriate areas.
• Food and drinks are not permitted inside the play equipment.

SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS & DISABILITIES

• We aim to provide an inclusive environment.
• Parents/guardians should inform staff of any additional needs that may affect safety.
• One-to-one support must be provided by the accompanying adult where required.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

• Photography is permitted only of your own children.
• Filming for commercial or promotional purposes requires prior management consent.
• CCTV is in operation for security and safety.

LOST CHILDREN PROCEDURE

• Any lost child will be immediately reported to management.
• Exits may be monitored or temporarily secured until the child is located.
• Children will only be released to the registered supervising adult.

LIABILITY

• Use of equipment is at the visitor’s own risk.
• Management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Any accidents must be reported to staff immediately.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION

Management reserves the right to:
• Refuse entry.
• Remove any visitor who fails to comply with centre rules.
• Amend this policy at any time in the interest of safety
